3. Commercial Information and Quotes

  • Prices may be displayed in AED (Emirati dirhams), USD, COP, or EUR depending on the operating country.
  • Some products require a custom quote, which will be valid for 7 business days from the date of issue.
  • Geolab reserves the right to refuse orders in case of pricing errors, product unavailability, or commercial terms that are not viable.

4. Delivery and Installation

  • Some products may require specialized technical installation, which will be communicated prior to purchase or included in specific packages.
  • Estimated delivery times will be indicated during the purchase or quotation process and may vary depending on logistics and location.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the minimum required conditions (space, power supply, network, etc.) for the installation and operation of equipment.

5. Warranty

  • Hardware products include a manufacturer’s warranty or a limited 1-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • Digital products and consulting services are not covered by warranty, unless specifically stated in a written commercial agreement.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or special-offer products are excluded from warranty unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
  • Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized handling, natural disasters, or improper use.
  • To make a valid warranty claim, the customer must present proof of purchase and notify within the established period, unless otherwise specified.

📦 RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUND POLICY

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days after delivery, and only if the product has manufacturing defects, was damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item was delivered.
  • Only unused, uninstalled, and unopened products in their original packaging with all accessories will be accepted.
  • Some made-to-order or customized products (branding, custom vending, turnkey solutions) are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made products, software, digital services, special-offer items, or products that have been used or installed.

2. Return or Exchange Process

  • Customers must email info@geolabuae.com with the reason, photos (if applicable), and the order number.
  • Once the case is approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product or receiving technical support.

3. Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • For approved returns, a store credit or digital voucher will be provided for the corresponding value, valid for future purchases on the site.
  • This credit can be used on any product or service offered by Geolab and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, images, texts, product configurations, and documentation are the property of Geolab or its suppliers and are protected under the intellectual property laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Limitation of Liability

Geolab shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or its products, except as stipulated by the applicable laws of the UAE.

11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent judicial authorities.
